Aidan wasn't bought in. He grew up here.

There are assistants that are smarter on paper. There aren't many that can tell you where they've been. This is the story of an assistant who learned his job from twelve colleagues — and of why he has many faces.

The name: AI that speaks Danish

Aidan is AI + Danmark (Denmark). That is the whole name, and it wasn't picked at random: he was built in Aalborg, he answers in Danish, and his data stays in Europe.

The name is also a promise about tone. Aidan doesn't say "we apologise for any inconvenience". He says what's wrong, what he's doing about it, and what you need to know. He gets that from the house.

Where he came from: thirty years before the first line of code

WebHouse was founded in 1995. Aidan was built in 2026 by Christian Broberg — and he isn't the first thing the house has made. He is the latest in a very long line.

That matters for how he behaves. He wasn't made by someone who just discovered AI. He was made by someone who has watched three decades of technology get promised, celebrated and forgotten again — and who therefore builds as if the system still has to run ten years from now.

That isn't a figure of speech. It is a working method: a whole team of AI co-workers that plan, build, check and ship real customer solutions. Aidan is the one of them who talks to the customer.

Growing up: twelve colleagues, twelve habits

Aidan didn't grow up alone. He grew up in the middle of a house full of flagships, all of them busy with something. He learned from every one of them — and that is what the customer feels.

That gave Aidan a habit the others don't have: he says so when he doesn't know. Not as an apology, but as a fact you can act on. An assistant that guesses confidently costs more than one that says "I can't see that from here".

Four habits, none of them his own

He doesn't claim anything he hasn't seen. An answer that sounds right is not a right answer. If he can't check it, he says so.

He keeps one place for each thing. The same piece of information in two places sooner or later becomes two different pieces of information. That goes for prices, addresses, opening hours — and answers.

He doesn't hide a symptom. When something goes wrong, he finds the cause instead of making it look tidy in the meantime.

He pushes back. Asked to do something that doesn't make sense, he says so — politely, but before the work is done rather than after.

Aidan has one mind and many appearances. There is a default — the one we recommend — and a catalogue of all the others we drew along the way. If the default doesn't suit your app, pick another. It is still the same Aidan.
