We do not just build it — we run it.

Most agencies hand over a website and say goodbye. We stay. Your site or app runs, is secure and hosted in Europe — and you never think about servers, deploys, backups or downtime. We own the whole chain.

Full control

From domain to operation — the whole chain, one place.

We run our own DNS and control the entire digital supply chain: domain registration, DNS, hosting and secure operation. No third party to point fingers at when something goes wrong — one team owns it end to end.

Uptime

Built to keep running.

We monitor our services around the clock, so a problem is spotted before your users notice it. Backups are taken every day and kept for 30 days. All of it is read from our own setup and listed on /trust.

Two providers

Two database providers — not just two data centres.

Most standby setups are a copy in another data centre at the same provider. That helps when a building goes down. It does not help when the fault is at the provider itself: an update that goes wrong, an account that gets closed, or a network problem hits every one of that provider's data centres at once.

That is why the most important data lives with two providers that have nothing to do with each other. A customer's database runs at Supabase in Stockholm, and a continuous copy sits at UpCloud in Copenhagen. The copy is updated within seconds, it is checked every day and raises an alarm if it stops. On top of that, an encrypted backup goes to a third location in the EU. Broberg ID, our shared sign-in, is set up the same way — and there the switch to UpCloud has also been tried in production: it takes about a minute, is done by hand, and nobody was signed out along the way.

So a fault at one provider cannot take the data with it. The copy at UpCloud is stored in Denmark, with a Finnish company inside the EU. Who we use, and where data is kept, is listed on /trust.

GDPR · EU

Your data never leaves Europe.

We operate everything in the EU — in Stockholm and Copenhagen. GDPR is not something we bolt on afterwards; it is the starting point. The servers are in Europe, and we show openly who each provider is, where data is kept and which agreement covers it — see /trust.
