mailworker · your own tone

Emails that sound like you.

An AI can write an email. The problem is that it sounds like an AI. The recipient notices in the first line, and the trust is spent.

Mailworker does it the other way round. It learns how a specific account actually writes, from that account's own sent mail, and then drafts in exactly that tone: the same length, the same openings and sign-offs, the same form of address and the same recurring phrases.

The problem

Most of an inbox is not your words.

Teach a model to write like a person from that person's email, and it mostly learns other people's words: quotes from the message being answered, signatures, forwarded text and automated messages.

So Mailworker filters all of that out before anything is learned. What remains is only what the person wrote themselves.

Of 32,147 sent emails, 3,908 were the person's own words. Those are what the tone is learned from.
What it does

Four things, all in the account's own tone.

Write a draft

Give it a purpose and a few notes, and get an email that sounds like the sender, not like a template.

Rewrite a text

Take a text written by someone else, or by an AI, and get it back in the account's own voice.

Check the tone

Does a draft sound like the sender? Mailworker compares it with the learned profile and points out what stands out.

Suggest a reply

Paste in an incoming email and get a suggested reply in the account's tone, ready for a person to read through and send.

A person sends

Mailworker writes drafts and suggestions. A person still presses send.

Control

Your rules hold, every time.

  1. Your own rules

Write rules such as «never use the word X». They are checked after every single draft, not only when the model remembers them.

  2. No invented figures

The same check stops numbers, times and dates that were not in the material the draft is based on.

  3. The tone stays true

The profile updates itself every week, and an alert speaks up if the tone starts to drift.

Data and operations

Other apps in our portfolio can request a draft in an account's tone through an API. A CRM, a support system or a booking app then writes its emails in the company's own voice, from one place.
